1. Prices and services
Approximate prices of accommodation and any other services are listed in the presentation materials of the landlord (website, brochures, etc.). their breakdown in the voucher is binding. The landlord is entitled in cases beyond his control (eg force majeure) to change the agreed conditions of stay.
2. Cancellation of the stay by the customer
The customer is entitled to cancel the order at any time before arrival - based on cancellation policy . Cancellation of the stay requires a written electronic form (email with delivery note) to the address reservations@louren-apartments.cz. The date and time of sending the email is decisive for determining the time of cancellation. For larger groups, individual cancellation fees may be agreed. families, serious illness, occupation order, natural disaster. The customer is obliged to document the above facts in writing to the landlord no later than 3 days after their occurrence. The landlord is entitled to cancel a reservation due to the issues with an authorization or the charge of the first night or the entire stay. If the customer email address is not valid, and due to the possibilities to contact the customer, landlord is entitled not to inform about the cancellation.
3. Validity
These business and cancellation conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order and accommodation voucher.
4. Night calm is from 21:00 to 09:00 for your and otherguests' convenience. In the event of a breach, the accommodation provider(host) has the right to determine from the contract the provision ofaccommodation services before the expiry of the agreed period.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the premises under afine of CZK 5 875. The designated smoking area is between floors, next to theelevator.
6. Please note that host or colleagues are entitled to enter the apartment tocheck in case of any suspicion.
7.It is forbidden to use your electrical appliances in the property. Thiscondition and rule do not apply to electrical appliances for hygiene (shaving,massage tools, hair dryer) and business (laptops and chargers, phone chargers andrelated items)
8. The host is not responsible for damages to guests' stuff left at theproperty or public areas
9. The guest uses the accommodation for the day, and the time is confirmed (until10:00 or the time the guest and host are pre-agreed before arrival). Otherwise,the host is entitled to charge a late check-out fee or, in case of check-outafter 14:00 - the following day's fee based on the internal rate. In case the guest is not present -and the apartment is reserved, the host, in addition to one of their colleagues- is entitled to store the guest's stuff.
11. In the property and premises of the building, the guest is not allowed tomove equipment or make any interventions in the electrical network or otherinstallations without the consent of the management.
12. Visitors in the property are not allowed.
13. The guest is obliged, when leaving, to close the watertaps in the property, turn off the light, turn off the air conditioning andclose the door.
14. Dogs and otheranimals are prohibited inside the building.
15. For otherservices provided, the guest is obliged to pay the prices following the validprice list upon arrival unless otherwise agreed in advance. The invoice ispayable upon presentation.
16. The guest'scomplaints and possibly suggestions for improving the activity are received bythe management.
17. The guest pays for the damage caused unless he canprove that he was not at fault.
18. The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions ofthis house's rules. In the event of a breach, the accommodation provider (host)has the right to determine from the contract the provision of accommodationservices before the expiry of the agreed period. Or impose a monetary fine of100% of the accommodation price. The host is entitled to use damage deposit infull or partially following the damage caused.
19. Alternative dispute resolution. The European Commission has provided a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution. Consumers are given the opportunity to resolve disputes related to your online order first without the intervention of a judge.
