Bus # 194 from Florenc to Malostranské náměstí 

You will exit the bus at the 11th stop. When you exit the bus, walk to the right.

 

Duration is about 15 minutes; trams go frequently (each 15 minutes) & not that often after 20:00 or during weekends.
